Built as a family business, we are continuing to grow and are looking for motivated and reliable associates to help in our mission of Bringing Chocolate to Life!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and track SAP incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through resolutionSupport SAP user administration, including user provisioning, role maintenance, and access reviewsCreate and maintain SAP security roles and authorizationsReview user access for Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and support remediation effortsMonitor inbound and outbound IDOCs and troubleshoot interface errorsPerform SAP master data maintenance like BP, Bank, Material Master, and Bills of Material (BOM)Monitor SAP background jobs and coordinate issue resolution for failed jobsCreate ad hoc queries and reports to support business requests and operational reporting needsSupport audit, compliance, and governance activities related to SAP security and controlsWork closely with business users and IT teams to identify and implement process improvementsParticipate in testing activities for enhancements, defects, upgrades, and new functionalityProvide ongoing end-user support, training, and documentation as neededNote: The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this positionSafety, Quality and Hygiene RequirementsMaintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and code of conduct.Comply with workplace uniform requirements and safety gear, when on the plant floor v. officePerformance ExpectationsResolves incidents and service requests within established SLA targets.Effectively supports end users and escalates issues appropriately.Maintains accurate ticket documentation and follows support processes.Demonstrates ownership of assigned issues through resolution.Maintains user access, roles, and authorizations accurately and timely.Completes access reviews and SoD assessments as required.Supports audit requests with complete and accurate documentation.Maintains Business Partner, Material Master, Bank, BOM, and related master data accurately.Adheres to established governance processes and data standards.Minimizes data-related issues impacting operations.Provides timely support and clear communication to business stakeholders.Develops positive working relationships across Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance.Creates and maintains user documentation and training materials.Participates effectively in testing, enhancements, upgrades, and defect resolution.Supports change management and transport processes.Completes assigned project tasks on time and with minimal rework.Required Qualifications2–5 years of SAP functional support experienceSAP S/4HANA Functional Certification requiredExperience supporting SAP production environmentsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsGood to have APICS certificationExperience working with SAP Fiori applicationsExperience with SAP Query, SQVI, CDS Views, or reporting toolsFamiliarity with change management and transport processesExperience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operationsExposure to ITIL-based incident and service management processesExperience participating in SAP upgrades, testing cycles, and business process improvementsCareer ProgressionEmployees are encouraged to express interest in internal career opportunities throughout BlommerExpectations for promotion or job role change are driven by proficiency and performance in current roleCareer progression would align to other plant leadership roles within BlommerA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below.
