Application Security Analyst
The client is seeking an Application Security Analyst to conduct manual application security assessments using dynamic and static methodologies. Understanding of a broad range of application security issues, mitigation strategies, and common application security controls is required. Knowledge of common web security testing tools (e.g., Burp, OWASP Zap) is also necessary. Experience performing source code reviews and knowledge of secure coding best practices are important. The ability to appropriately determine and communicate the risk associated with assessment findings is essential. Author assessment deliverables that fully detail the technical execution, core deficiencies, business impact, and realistic remediation strategies. Previous software development experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required. Work experience: 6+ years' experience required.
