Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior IC to own Visier and drive a hybrid, AI-enabled self-service analytics program for People. You will partner with TA, Total Rewards and People Ops to deliver governed dashboards, educate the organization, and ensure data quality across the platform. You will lead the analytics roadmap, integrate data with Visier, and empower non-analysts to extract insights while ensuring AI outputs are accurate and well-contextualized. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crusoe Energy Systems
