CMC Hotels in Raleigh, NC seeks a Guest Service professional for 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Responsible for guest safety during check-in/check-out and end-of-day balancing. Provides expedient service, answers questions, manages reservations in PMS, processes payments, and supports daily accounting in Inn-Flow.
