Canon U.S.A. is seeking a B2C Digital Growth & Loyalty Specialist to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our consumer imaging and printing portfolio. In this role, you will design and optimize digital journeys, loyalty initiatives, and targeted campaigns using data-driven insights and marketing technology. You will collaborate with ecommerce, product, and sales teams to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value while upholding Canon’s Kyosei philosophy of innovation, quality, and social responsibility.
