Manager, FP&A Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + bonus + potential profit sharing Manager, FP&A – Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • Newly created FP&A leadership role with mandate to build the function from the ground up in a high-growth, PE-backed environment • Direct exposure to CEO, executive leadership team, and private equity sponsors with frequent board-level interaction • High-impact seat driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis across a multi-entity, project-based business • Strong influence over M&A integration, financial modeling, and value creation initiatives, including margin expansion and cost optimization • Opportunity to design and implement modern FP&A infrastructure, including Power BI dashboards and reporting transformation • Clear path to build and lead an FP&A team as the organization scales • Up to 20% bonus eligibility plus potential profit sharing Manager, FP&A – Key Responsibilities: • Build and own the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting frameworks • Develop and maintain project-level financial models covering backlog, pipeline conversion, margin, and cash flow • Partner with operations to analyze job cost performance, gross margin by project, change orders, cost overruns, and WIP reporting • Deliver monthly reporting packages including variance analysis, dashboards, and executive/PE sponsor reporting • Drive accountability around forecasting accuracy and project profitability across the business • Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning • Lead transition from Excel-based reporting to BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and improved data infrastructure • Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts Manager, FP&A – Qualifications: • 7+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries • Strong expertise in WIP, percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, and backlog analysis • Proven track record of building FP&A functions, models, and reporting frameworks from scratch • Experience in private equity-backed environments with executive and board-level exposure • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel and ERP systems experience (Vista, Sage, Procore preferred) #LI-LJ1 #INMAY2026 EB-8528563866 #J-18808-Ljbffr
