Data Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to fill the position of Data Engineer with Python. Responsibilities Automating data acquisition processes by replacing manual workflows with direct integrations to APIs and data warehouses. Designing SQL and Python data models to handle complex subscriber lifecycle scenarios. Implementing and managing scheduling and orchestration of data pipelines. Performing full historical data backfills and reconciliation testing to validate that the new automated system matched or improved three years of historical financial data Participating in a rotating support schedule during extended business hours (8:00 AM-8:00 PM - british hours) and on-call support Requirements Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with Terraform and Apache Airflow. Strong knowledge of Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Functions and Dataflow. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Willingness to participate in a rotating support schedule during extended business hours (8:00 AM-8:00 PM - british hours) and in on-call support #J-18808-Ljbffr Square One Resources Limited
