Direct Support Professional (DSP) Caregiver

Continuum of Colorado is seeking Caregivers for our meaningful Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in the Aurora Metro, CO area. A caregiver will interact with a variety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential settings, implement care plans, and help our individuals with daily activities and transportation to community activities. Current Available Shift Sunday–Tuesday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Type Full‑time, Part‑time Requirements High school diploma or GED One (1) year of experience in an area directly related to the job (e.g., developmental disabilities, elderly) Be able to pass and maintain certification in all agency required training Perform personal care/medical procedures and consistently lift up to 50 lbs Ability to read, write, and converse in English and perform simple math calculations Know how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) at an intermediate level; ability to use Outlook to communicate through email Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work Valid Colorado driver's license; proof of insurance; 3 years of current, consecutive driving history Must meet driving requirements: no suspensions/revocations in the past 3 years and no more than two tickets in the past 3 years We are committed to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization and our partnership with the IDD community.
