Construction Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 + Comprehensive Benefits LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking an experienced Florida Registered Paralegal to support a busy construction litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a trial-ready litigation paralegal who enjoys handling complex matters from inception through trial and resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of complex litigation experience , substantial trial preparation experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and trial support Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition binders, witness materials, trial notebooks, and court filings Coordinate trial logistics, including war room setup and management Attend and assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Draft legal correspondence, subpoenas, summonses, memoranda, and other litigation documents Conduct factual and legal research and assist with investigative efforts Support e-discovery projects and document management initiatives Manage court deadlines, docketing, and state and federal e-filings Collaborate with attorneys, litigation support teams, and outside vendors to ensure seamless case management Qualifications Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred 5+ years of complex litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation Significant trial preparation and courtroom support experience Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, e-filing, docketing, and discovery rules Experience with Relativity, CaseMap, LiveNote, Trial Director, or similar litigation support software preferred Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Paralegal Certificate required Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed for trial support Why Consider This Opportunity?
