High‑Impact Environment: Join Arkansas's busiest Level II Trauma Center, managing over 52,000 annual patient visits Optimized Facility: 32‑bed Emergency Department, featuring four dedicated, advanced trauma rooms Excellent Provider Coverage: 59 hours of Physician coverage & 12 hours APP support daily, ensuring a manageable 1.8 patients/hour average. Provider‑Friendly Schedule: Flexible scheduling requests accommodated, staggered shifts and fair distribution of nights, weekends, and holidays.
