Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site position based in Wheeling, WV. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and serving as the first point of contact for clients. Daily tasks include handling reception desk operations, maintaining a tidy and organized front office, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The Receptionist also supports the team by coordinating messages, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering, screening, and routing calls and greeting visitors.
• Solid clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and handling basic office documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a front office setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor suitable for representing the company to clients and visitors.
