Pangea has been retained on behalf of an ambitious, privately backed energy business seeking to appoint a commercially focused Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The business operates across the energy sector and is entering a significant period of strategic growth through acquisitions, capital raising and international expansion. This is an opportunity to help shape the finance function of a company with genuine long-term growth ambitions. The Opportunity Working closely with the CEO and Board, the CFO will lead all aspects of corporate finance while acting as a strategic partner to the business.
