Iru is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to shape financial strategy and support growth at Iru. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A, owning planning, capitalization, debt/equity scenarios, and fundraising decisions. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations and craft investor-facing materials for senior leadership, the Board, and potential investors.
