This role is ideal for: New grads who want strong structure, mentorship, and a clear path to confidence High-performing PTAs who want to work in an efficient, team-driven, performance environment You'll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing support.
