Description: The department features 3 CT scanners. There are 2 technicians available overnight. The equipment includes GE and Siemens machines. Documentation is managed through Meditech and GE Centricity. Review of job titles is part of scheduling requirements. May float to main department. Patient experience needs to be friendly and patient-focused. Supports emergency department with timely turn-around times for stroke and trauma. Standard CT scans are performed on the unit. No invasive CT procedures are necessary for this shift. Advanced skills in Terra Recon or experience with reformatting on another platform are preferred. The dress code is black scrubs per division policy. Unit-specific policies and guidelines are available. Strong leadership and tenured team contribute to a supportive work environment. Minimal on-call duties are required. Collaboration with the emergency team is integral to expediting patient care. The location is known for outdoor activities, including golf courses and bike trails. Local events, such as fall festivals, enhance community engagement.
