Post Acute care NP/PA needed to join a growing post acute team near Oklahoma City, OK. Enjoy a consistent schedule with limited weekend coverage. Looking for candidates who have experience in a hospitalist or post acute setting.
Practice details include:
- M-F 8 AM-5 PM
- Competitive compensation and full benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement
- Manage complex, multi-morbid patients across SNF's and LTAC's
- EMR is RXNT
- Must have active and unrestricted FNP, AGNP, or PA license
