Leading paid acquisition programs, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Engineer will manage Facebook and Google Ads, utilizing engineering and AI to enhance marketing efficiency and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Own and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads programs, including strategy, creative direction, and performance reporting Design and implement marketing systems and automations for lead routing, reporting, and ad platform integrations Build tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines to measure performance across advertising and the enrollment funnel Required qualifications Experience using code, scripts, or automations to enhance marketing program performance Proven ownership of Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts with a focus on performance metrics Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot Familiarity with AI coding tools and large language models in marketing workflows Ability to independently analyze data, build dashboards, and assess marketing attribution
