About This Role As a Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will manage the delivery of care in an ambulatory setting, providing diagnostic or therapeutic services while supervising personnel and maintaining quality outcomes. Highlights Pay : $101,900 - $155,390 annually Location : Cleveland, OH Facility : Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital Department/Unit : Cardiac Cath Lab Schedule : Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards using evidence-based practice. Provide diagnostic or therapeutic services to hospitalized patients regularly. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in the unit. Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient health service delivery. Foster patient satisfaction. Maintain unit-related patient care standards through continuous quality improvement. Attain and maintain JC and other regulatory standards. Manage the operation of the unit. Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs. Monitor productivity, develop quality initiatives, and supervise the unit.
