Position Summary: You will oversee landscape projects and maintain the exterior grounds of our retail stores, ensuring cleanliness and safety. This role requires working closely with a team to perform ground maintenance, mowing, trimming, and pruning. Responsibilities Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas. Mow, trim, and prune to keep the exterior environment pristine. Collaborate with team members to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping. Minimum age of 18. Preferred Qualifications Vocational or Technical Certification or 2 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction and related fields. Associate’s degree or equivalent certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related field. Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification. Third‑party management experience. Project Management Professional certification. Compensation Hourly wage range: $19.00–$35.00. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
