Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service during shifts. Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support management in achieving sales goals and promoting specials. Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends availability.
