Benefits Competitive pay – earn up to $15.50 per hour at select locations and shifts Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays Career growth opportunities – we promote from within Hands‑on training and development to set you up for success Fun, fast‑paced work environment where every day is different Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers when needed Foster a team‑oriented, respectful work environment Keep stores stocked and fresh, ensuring food and beverage items meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out through regular cleaning tasks Assist in inventory management and restocking Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card payments Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, escalating issues to the shift manager when appropriate Manage line lengths and provide polite, clear communication to meet guest transaction expectations Proactively inform guests about promotional items to raise product engagement Ensure adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals and maintaining food safety standards Support teammates by arriving on time, sharing information, and working effectively with diverse individuals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or in progress) 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred; experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment a plus Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment with RaceTrac without regard to their race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
