Onboarding Specialist

Unicare is seeking an onboarding specialist who is a strong communicator, pays attention to detail and is committed to continuously acquire new skills. This individual will educate all new hires in their employee benefits, maintain all hire files and conduct other administrative duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining new hires files
• Overseeing the entire pre-employment & onboarding process
• Conducting orientation for new employees
• Ensuring all employees are familiar with the benefits offered
• Experience in the entire "new hire" onboarding process

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Responsible/punctual

Pay

$19.00-$23.00

Schedule

• 8-hour shift Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
