POSITION SUMMARY - LCSW Social Worker


POSITION DUTIES - Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups, Document groups in Meditech, Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plan updates, Treatment team participation, Discharge planning, Safety assessments as needed


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• CA LCSW / LPCC / LMFT
• BLS
• Graduation date from Master's program: Must be 2 years out to meet the minimum required time for an independent license
• 2 years LCSW / LPCC / LMFT experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills

Experience running psychotherapy groups or skills groups


LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks


SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8:00AM-5:00PM


SYSTEMS - Meditech
