Location: Santa Fe, NM

Start Date: 06/08/2026

Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Hours/Week: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Travel

Licenses/Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN License

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Pay Rate: $36.85/hour

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for various surgical procedures, including transplants, open heart, urology, neurology, robotics, and more.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies in accordance with physician preference cards.
• Transport patients pre- and post-operation, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Set up operating rooms with instruments and supplies tailored to each case.
• Monitor aseptic techniques, environmental safety, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Support team collaboration, adapt to floating between locations if required.
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth surgical operations.

What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Surgical Technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program
• BLS certification from AHA
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license (within 180 days of graduation)
• 2+ years of surgical tech experience preferred
