Bilingual Property Management Office Assistant

Are you organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish? We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being a key part of a busy office environment.

What You'll Do:

* Answer incoming phone calls and assist residents, applicants, and vendors
* Schedule apartment showings and assist with leasing activities
* Assist with the renewal and leasing paperwork
* Handle maintenance requests and coordinate work orders with maintenance
* Enter invoices or other data into company systems
* Scan, file, and maintain electronic and paper records
* Assist the property manager with daily administrative tasks
* Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

What We're Looking For:

* Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
* Previous office, customer service, or property management experience preferred
* Experience with property management software is a plus
