Summary Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to support patients with chronic conditions and/or complex needs according to guidelines established. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license including AR) CPR certification required High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab Three to four years’ experience preferred Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred Current driver’s license in good standing and reliable, insured transportation Job hours: Authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baptist Health Arkansas
