Are you an accomplished landscape designer frustrated by slow growth, weak team culture, and insufficient say in project vision?
Your Background: You are a high-end residential landscape design professional with a passion for design, horticulture, field execution and:
· 5 – 10 years experience landscape design , client presentations, estimating, and construction plans
· 4 yr degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related with strong horticultural expertise.
· Experienced in client relationships, field installation coordination , estimating (LMN/Leanscaper), and illustration software, AutoCAD a plus.

· $80K–$108K base + performance incentives, health benefits, PTO

What You’ll Do:
As Head of Landscape Design & Horticulture you will lead all aspects of high-end residential landscape design and horticulture execution.
- Lead landscape design from concept through construction -ready plans and renderings.
- Internal horticulture expert and trusted client advisor .
- Support estimating, project coordination, team development, and process refinement.
