Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience required Critical Care experience required License: Registered Nurse Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: Neuro Interventional Radiology/stroke experience Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips Pass telemetry test on day one with a score of 85% or better Description: This position involves working a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. There are no set days off, and the role includes on-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and one major holiday per schedule period. The call back time is thirty minutes, and on-call rooms are available if required. The department has five procedure rooms in total. Daily procedures include CT and ultrasound, with an average of 12-16 cases. The average patient ratio is 1:1, but nurses may see 6-7 patients per day. Skills-based hiring will be utilized for this role.
