Leasing & Renewal Marketing Specialist

Greystar in Scottsdale is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy, lease conversions, and resident satisfaction. You will lead tours, process applications, screen prospects, and ensure move‑in readiness, while coordinating with maintenance for unit readiness. You will design marketing plans, implement referral and outreach programs, and track activity in OneSite/Yardi to optimize traffic and conversions.
