We are expanding our team in Newtown!! $1000 signing bonus for August 2026 Quick Highlights:Structured smooth transition from your current roleReasonable patient caseloadCustomize your hours for improved work/life balance25 Hour work week!In person availability Mon to Fri 2-7pm for initial 4-6 weeksAbility to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play)Active patient waiting listOnsite Clinical Supervision (Case Consult) providedOpportunity to quickly grow into a leadership roleCompensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearResponsibilities and Duties:Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyMaintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingRequired Qualifications and Skills:Candidates are required to have a master's degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notesPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental healthPrefer experience with children, adolescents, and teensPreferred experience with couples and familiesWhat We Have To Offer:Our salary compensation package is straightforward with no games.Excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, and professional development.Flexible schedulingHourly pay structure PLUS commission on claimsAccess to Continuing Education CEU LibraryWhat Else You Should Know:This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.Flexible work from home options available.
