As a Direct Care Worker, you will make a real difference every day by supporting individuals in their homes and communities.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments (if needed)
- Medication reminders
- Encouraging independence and engagement
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and physical activity as needed
- Most importantly: compassion, patience, and reliability

Como Trabajador/a de Cuidado Directo, tendrás un impacto positivo todos los días apoyando a personas en sus hogares y comunidades.
Responsabilidades incluyen:
- Asistencia con el cuidado personal (baño, aseo, alimentación, uso del baño)
- Compañía y apoyo emocional
- Limpieza ligera del hogar, mandados y preparación de comidas
- Transporte a citas (si es necesario)
- Recordatorios de medicamentos
- Fomentar la independencia y participación del participante
- Tener al menos 18 años de edad
- Poder completar una verificación de antecedentes penales
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras
- Capacidad para agacharse, arrodillarse y estar de pie por períodos prolongados
- Lo más importante: compasión, paciencia y responsabilidad
