Position Overview Phlebotomist – Little Rock, TX (72205)Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:45pm (additional hours or rotating Saturdays may be required as needed). Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 1 or more years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical/hospital environment. 1 or more years of experience assisting all patient groups (pediatric – geriatric). Current or prior LabCorp experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO. *Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
