About the Role:

As a Floor Tech , you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, hallways, and common areas

• Laundering and restocking linens and towels

• Restocking supplies and restrooms

• Assisting with trash removal and recycling

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff

• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operation

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, including floors, walls, and surfaces

• Restock patient rooms with linens, towels, and supplies

• Assist with linen supply management and restocking

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards

• Provide support to other departments as needed

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Floor Tech Requirements:

• Prior experience in the same or similar role preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
