Senior Salesforce Health Cloud and AI Developer

Position: Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud & AI Developer
Location: Tampa, FL ( Local only)
Experience: 8+ Years
Mandatory: 3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud development experience
W2 Contract (No Third party)

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading technical solutions on Salesforce for large-scale enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience with Lightning Framework (LWC) across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
• 2+ years of experience building OmniStudio solutions , including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
• Experience designing and implementing Experience Cloud portals and customer/member-facing solutions .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, integrations, APIs, and enterprise design patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities , including Einstein, Agentforce, AI-powered automation, Prompt Builder, Copilot/Agent capabilities, and intelligent workflows .
• Experience integrating Salesforce AI capabilities with business processes and external systems is preferred.
• Strong expertise in both declarative and programmatic development , including Apex, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, LWC, and Lightning APIs.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical solutions , from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and production support.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and external applications.
• Experience leading Salesforce CI/CD strategy using tools such as Copado, Flosum, DevOps Center, Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms .
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Health Cloud Super badge or equivalent Health Cloud expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI solutions .
• Relevant Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, security, compliance, and best practices.
