Required Skills & Experience:

• Valid licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings.
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations.
• Proficient in teletherapy and in-person therapy service delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
• Commitment to supporting students across various developmental levels and backgrounds.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct therapy services, both on-site and via teletherapy, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Provide guidance and consultation to educators and families regarding communication strategies.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to eligibility and re-evaluation processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
