Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Occupational Therapist performs professional activities including planning, evaluating, establishing, and implementing individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include interpreting physician referrals, evaluating patients in various skill areas, developing treatment plans, assisting patients with adaptive equipment, informing patients and families of progress, and aiding in discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of principles and practices of professional occupational therapy.
• Skill in organizing and instructing occupational therapy activities.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions related to therapy needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective working relationships with staff.
• Ability to communicate instructions and technical information to patients.
• Basic computer skills.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
