In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our technology operations - keeping our network, servers, and software running smoothly while serving as a trusted resource for staff across every department. Cybersecurity compliance: Monitor and enhance security practices aligned with NIST frameworks - access controls, patch management, vulnerability mitigation. Application support: Support NISC and iVUE platforms, evaluate end‑user needs, and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency. User support & training: Set up accounts and workstations, deliver end‑user training, and create clear, maintainable documentation. Collaboration & continuous improvement: Partner across all departments, coordinate application integrations and deployments, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the NISC product suite. What we’re looking for Associate degree in a relevant field, or 5+ years of equivalent hands‑on IT experience. At least three years of experience in IT Systems Administration and will have knowledge of computer hardware, software, wireless & wired networking, active directory, Windows OS, Server Administration, and cell phone setup. 2+ years in a customer-facing or technical support role, with a genuine commitment to service and building trust with non‑technical users. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to technical and non‑technical audiences, including demonstrated listening skills.
