DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide call coverage for interventional cardiology, including 24-hour call shifts. Round on clinic patients (12-15 per day) and inpatient consults (5-10 per day). Perform interventional procedures such as diagnostic catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, stress echo, nuclear stress, TEEs, and cardioversions. Cover general cardiology call as needed. Maintain active Iowa medical license and comply with credentialing requirements.
