Job Description Defend medical malpractice claims on behalf of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers Manage cases from early litigation through trial preparation alongside senior attorneys Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda Take and defend fact and expert depositions as experience allows Work with medical experts on record review, case strategy, and preparation Participate in mediations and strategic case evaluations Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar license in good standing 2+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a team-based environment Why You Will Love Working Here You will be supported, mentored, and trusted with meaningful work early on.
