Earn $1,000 after 90 days and another $1,000 after one year of employment. Requirements: Complete paid training with full attendance Ability to obtain (or already possess) a Vehicle Driver for Developmentally Disabled Persons (VDDP) Certificate within 60 days of hire Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company and insurance standards Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service Physically able to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed Available to attend training in San Rafael, CA, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for eight business days One professional reference required Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing Compensation & Benefits At Vivalon, we value our employees and invest in their success with competitive pay and an outstanding benefits package. $26.50-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience and license qualifications Benefits & Perks Our comprehensive benefits package begins on the first day of the month following one full month of employment and includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Chiropractic Coverage Life Insurance Retirement Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Assistance and Support Resources Additional Voluntary Benefits and More Drive with Purpose When you join Vivalon Rides, you're doing more than driving a vehicle.
