Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams. Manage warranty issues and repairs. Serve as backup for the Install Manager. Resolve any installation and logistical concerns. Act as point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and the install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly. Manage pending installations weekly. Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc. Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete. Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customers and technicians. Promote MillTown’s standards of quality and safety. Additional duties as needed.
