Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Assignment Details

Floating required.

Requirements

2 years of experience in an ambulatory/outpatient clinic
Active California LVN license
Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and blood withdrawal
Experience with Epic system required

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Record patient information and maintain accurate documentation
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
