We’re hiring a driven, client-focused outside sales rep to grow revenue in a local territory. If you love prospecting, closing, and building lasting relationships, this high-impact role offers strong upside.

Our client is North America’s largest distributor in their industry — a third-generation, family-owned company with 70+ years of success . They are expanding their U.S. sales team and looking for a driven sales professional to sell premium equipment solutions to commercial customers.

Territory: Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder

What You'll Do

• Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
\n
• Own the full sales cycle : quoting, closing, onboarding, and expansion
\n
• Partner with operations and leadership to deliver top-tier service
\n
• Use Salesforce to manage the pipeline and report activity
\n
• Support pricing, project planning, and customer success initiatives
\n

✅ What You Bring

\n
• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (equipment OR machinery industry is a plus)
\n
• Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue goals
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel , and CRM systems
\n
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• Base Salary : $75,000-$85,000
\n
• OTE : $110,000-$120,000 with uncapped commission
\n
• Year two earnings: $ 130,000- $ 140,000
\n
• Top Reps are making $250,000+
\n
