AI-Native Attorney Early Team

We're building an AI-native litigation defense practice: one great attorney with the right AI infrastructure outperforming a team of ten billing by the hour. Most legal tech makes lawyers at traditional firms faster without changing what they charge. We're building the firm itself differently, with AI doing the heavy lifting underneath and the methodology built around it from the ground up. This is early-team work: designing the system, the playbooks, and the engine that make the model real, not running a docket.

Who fits:

• A licensed attorney, admitted to the bar in any U.S. state. California admission is preferred, but attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction are encouraged to apply. Early-career or recently admitted attorneys are especially encouraged.

• AI-native: you reach for AI before you reach for anyone else, and you build with it. Vibe coding strongly preferred

• Wants to help build the practice, not just work inside one

• Litigation, employment, or labor background is a plus, not required

• What matters most: judgment, hunger, and ideas about how this should be built
