About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven healthcare organization. The CFO will be responsible for shaping the financial direction, strengthening organizational performance, and providing clear guidance to support decision-making across a growing multi-site care network. This executive leader will direct the financial strategy, align fiscal planning with operational goals, and oversee core financial areas to ensure the stewardship of resources. The role also involves leading the preparation of financial reports, advancing a data-informed financial culture, and guiding the development of financial infrastructure that supports the organization's growth. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of senior-level financial leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or a similarly complex service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, proven expertise in financial management, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various teams. Experience in leading teams through organizational growth and a track record of improving financial discipline and accountability are essential. The CFO must be an excellent leader with strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of earning credibility and trust across functions.
