Admin Support StaffKiddie Academy in Murrieta, California is currently seeking a dedicated and organized fully qualified preschool teacher to fill the role of Admin Support Staff member. This pivotal position will involve supporting the daily teacher schedules and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.The key responsibilities of this role include:Providing support to teaching staff during 10-minute breaksAssisting teaching staff with lunch breaksEnsuring that teachers adhere to their schedules for timely breaksMaintaining classroom ratiosEnsuring compliance with KA Health and Safety Standards in the classroomSupporting the admin team in their daily tasksTo qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business or early education-related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in classroom management and customer service, familiar with Title 22 regulationsProven track record in customer service and problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and planning abilitiesKnowledgeable in safety protocolsApplicants should be fully qualified with Admin Units to be considered for this role.As part of our commitment to our team members, this position offers competitive wages ranging from $17 to $18.50 per hour, along with various benefits such as health and dental insurance, vacation and sick leave, life insurance, and 401k options.It is important to note that Kiddie Academy is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Kiddie Academy's curriculum is called Life Essentials.Kiddie Academy CareerWhy Kiddie Academy?Requirements:Qualified candidates must have knowledge of preschool educational methods, the ability to engage children, and earn their trust and attention. Additionally, candidates must have a great love and patience for children.Education and Certification Requirements:A permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing service in the care, development, and instruction of children in a child care and development program.
