Station Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our well-established, comprehensive practice in the Wheat Ridge/Lakewood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys clinical variety, autonomy, and comprehensive patient care and is looking for a consistent part-time schedule with the potential to add a third day.

Position Details

• Part-Time Associate Dentist
• Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays
• Potential to expand to three days per week with the possibility of adding Saturdays as the practice grows
• Experience: 5+ years preferred
• Primary scheduled doctor for the practice on assigned days
• Established patient base with strong new-patient flow

We are looking for a dentist who is confident treating more than routine bread-and-butter dentistry and enjoys providing comprehensive care from diagnosis through treatment completion.

Clinical Opportunities

The practice offers comprehensive dentistry and is seeking a well-rounded provider comfortable with a variety of procedures, including:

• Implant placement and implant restorations
• Extractions, including bone grafting and membrane placement
• Dentures and partials
• Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
• Same-day CEREC crowns and e.max restorations
• Endodontics, particularly anterior teeth and premolars
• Comprehensive restorative dentistry

Ideal Candidate

• Has 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Is confident working independently
• Has experience placing implants and completing implant restorations
• Is comfortable with surgical extractions, bone grafting, and membranes
• Has experience with clear aligner therapy, dentures, and partials
• Is comfortable with CEREC and same-day e.max crowns
• Can perform some endodontic treatment, particularly anterior and premolar cases
• Enjoys providing comprehensive care and is comfortable keeping a broad range of procedures in-house

Compensation

• Competitive compensation with a daily guarantee or percentage of collections, based on experience and production
• Strong patient demand to support production and earning potential
• Part-time position; benefits are not included
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance no tail coverage required
• Paid lab fees
