$25-$35/hour + ESOP Ownership + Bonus + 401(k) Match

Most importantly, you'll become an employee-owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which means when the company succeeds, you share in that success.

Responsibilities include:

• Is comfortable performing heavy line mechanical work and major parts replacement
• Can follow direction from senior mechanics or supervisors and complete repairs with minimal supervision
• Takes ownership of assigned work and sees it through to completion
• Enjoys being a hands-on mechanic rather than managing others
• Works safely and takes pride in quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Experience repairing heavy construction equipment, heavy trucks, or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• CDL preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
