Marketing Communication Specialist - Elgin, IL
Salary: $88,000 – $95,000 Annually

We are a beverage distribution company partnering with some of the most recognized and respected brands in the industry. From bringing new products to market to creating memorable consumer experiences, we play a key role in connecting top beverage brands with customers across our region.
We're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Communications Specialist to help drive brand awareness, support exciting promotional campaigns, coordinate events, create engaging content, and strengthen our presence across digital and traditional channels. .
What You’ll Do
- Assist with trade show coordination, booth setup, event logistics, and on-site promotional support
- Create and edit marketing materials including email campaigns, digital content, presentations, and advertisements
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to support marketing initiatives and deadlines
- Support website updates and assist with ongoing digital marketing activities
- Assist with photography, video coordination, and multimedia content development
- Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand engagement opportunities
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and communications team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
- Prior trade show coordination and set up is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
