We're hiring a Sales and Service Representative to join our Consumer North Float Team. This position will float among the North Group's Financial Centers, which include: Bethlehem, East Greenville, Franconia, Hamilton Crossings, Hilltown, Lahaska, Milford, and Souderton. Mileage reimbursement is included. Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and help with their day-to-day banking needs Handle teller transactions accurately, efficiently, and with care Recommend products and services that truly fit each customer’s goals Support the branch through teamwork, outreach, and excellent service Stay current on training, policies, and compliance requirements Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in banking, retail, or a similar environment Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Comfort with everyday technology and Microsoft Office A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people Wage Range The salary for this position begins at $23.00/hr Benefits Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for individuals and families, beginning the first of the month after your start date Retirement plan: Participation in our 401(k) plan with up to a 3% employer match after 6 months of employment Paid time off: 15 days per year, prorated in your first year Short-term disability: 12 weeks of sick time with a doctor’s note after 6 months of service Holiday time off: 11 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance: Plus access to additional supplemental insurance options Tuition reimbursement Employee wellness programs: Including fitness club discounts and annual reimbursement Loan product discounts Professional development: Ongoing training and support to help you grow An Equal Opportunity Employer.
